Our annual members' meeting is required by our By-laws to ensure that our members have the opportunity to participate in our organization. There will be time for meet & greet as well as a short business meeting for members to elect board members to their new 3 year terms. The Board of Directors will also elect officers at this time. The President will provide a brief report on the status of the BTPA and the Treasurer will present an annual financial report.
